The grapes for this wine were hand picked from selected low yielding vineyards then traditionally fermented in open-top tanks and hand plunged. Ageing in French oak barriques for eleven months has nicely married the warm berry fruit flavours with the elegant fruit and structure from fruit and oak tannins.
